We are writing this letter to acknowledge the fantastic work Rene Brassard did to help us find and purchase our first home. Knowing very little about the process and steps needed to be taken to buy, we were pleasantly surprised at the patience and understanding Rene had with us. we wroked at the pace we wanted to and were not bombarded with phone calls every night. Rene took the time to understand what we wanted in a house and ficused on that.

 

To us finding the house was the easy part. All the legal documents and inspection reports can be very overwhelming. Rene took the time to explain everything that we had to do and why we were doing it. It turned a very scary ordeal into something that anyone could do.
